I am not giving up wine

Okay so estrogen is the word. More and more I am finding that the use of estrogen in animal products that we consume is bad. Estrogen is stored in human fat and so it goes without thinking that estrogen used in animal production is stored in their fat as well. We need to consume less animal fat and the animal fat we consume should be ones which are not fed estrogen. There is a new study out today indicating that the more alcohol you consume the more your risk of cancer. I say pa-shal. Wine has been consumed by the human population for centuries and is consumed in vast quanities in France and Italy but they do not have the breast cancer rates that we have. Could it be that they do not consume the amount of additional hormones that the typical American woman consumes. The animal flesh they consume is more regional and small farm produced not the mass produced hormone injected meat that we Americans readily consume? If 70 to 80 percent of breast cancer tumors is estrogen postive why do we not look at the hormones we are consuming in milk, ice cream, cheese, meet let alone estrogen replacement or in my case, progesterone, to maintain a pregnancy? What about birth control pills? Now we are looking at parbens that mimic estrogen that have been in tons of skin care products readily absorbed by our skin. I starting to think one of the commonalities is lipstick. If I think about my personal situation, I was stressed by my relationship with my husband, thus lowering my immune system thus increasing my cortisol production thus increasing my fat which absorbed my extra estrogen that I got via the meat, and milk, and cheese and ice cream I ate, add to this the progesterone I took to maintain a pregnancy and the alcohol that I drank to lower my stress which in turn stressed my liver to not be able to filter all the estrogen I had in my body. No wonder I got cancer.
